Has anyone been able to use Ticket Trader yet?

In France at the moment so won't be able to go on Saturday. Tried to put our three season tickets on Ticket Trader and got nowhere. Anyone had any success using it yet? If so how?

Hasn't worked this season yet, but could be active for Watford from tomorrow.
